Return Policy
You may return most merchandise within 15 days of original invoice date. Certain products may not be returned for any reason, including paintballs.
Unopened and unused products returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturers packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories.
Open or used products will not be returned unless the product is found to be defective. Use is defined as any attempt to install, fire, wear, or wash. All returns must have a RMA number, you can obtain this number by e-mailing us at:
